The fuel is cut directly when the failure is stopped, and the flame can be turned off instantly to avoid the damage to the system caused by the temperature rise.  
5 Installation form differences Due to the large electric power, a thick cable combination is required, which occupies a large space and requires explosion-proof treatment. After a long time, there is a risk of aging, fire and short circuit. It occupies a small area, and basically all pipe and valve parts are made into a standard frame. It is easy to install. There is no need to add additional space for the RTO furnace. The ignition cabinet is small and light.  
6 Difference in energy consumption The electric power is large, and it needs a large starting current, and the cable is easy to get hot. The electric power of the burner is only less than 1KW, just maintain the switch of the relevant solenoid valve. Similarly, the temperature of 1000KW for 2.5 hours only needs about 900 yuan. 7 Control sensitivity differences The heating and cooling time of the electric heating tube is relatively slow, the electric heating tube has residual heat, and the temperature adjustment speed is also slowed down, which will affect the heat recovery and purification efficiency, and there are large fluctuations. The use of natural gas fuel is relatively stable, the temperature regulation is fast, the burner can adapt to the stepless regulation of large and small fires at any time, the sensitivity response is fast, the high temperature environment of the furnace can be stably maintained, and the purification efficiency can be guaranteed  
8 Investment operation and maintenance Because electric heating requires special explosion-proof and temperature-resistant protection, it will lead to non-standard design of electric heating tubes, and the cost will fluctuate greatly. At present, there is no electric heating tube material resistant to high temperature of 800-1200 °C in China. It may be imported. It is in the form of class, but it is hardly used in domestic cases. If you buy imported ones, the replacement and maintenance cycle of the electric heating tube will be very long in the later period, and the price is very expensive. The burner is an imported standard component, and the mature technology has become very popular in China. The agent manufacturers have stock, the price and delivery period are relatively stable, and the investment and maintenance are very convenient.
