1. The setting of the exhaust hood (gas collecting hood) of the exhaust gas collection system shall comply with the provisions of "Classification and Technical Conditions of Exhaust Hood" (GB/T 16758-2008). If an external exhaust hood is used, it should be in accordance with the "Classification and Technical Conditions of Exhaust Hoods" (GB/T 16758-2008) and "Technical Specifications for Wind Speed Detection and Evaluation of Local Exhaust Facilities" (WS/T757-2016) Methods To measure and control the wind speed, the measurement point should be selected at the fugitive emission position of VOCs far from the opening surface of the exhaust hood, and the control wind speed should not be lower than 0.3 m/s (if there are specific regulations in the relevant industry regulations, the relevant regulations shall be implemented).
2. The setting of local exhaust hoods shall comply with the provisions of "Classification and Technical Conditions of Exhaust Hoods" (GB/T 16758-2008), and implement "Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning for Industrial Buildings" (GB50019-2015), Practical Heating and Air Conditioning Design Manual.
3. The control wind speed requirements of the spray booth should comply with the "Safety Regulations for Painting Operation - Safety Technical Regulations for Painting Room" (GB 14444-2006), "Safety Regulations for Painting Operation and Technical Regulations for Coating Drying Room Safety" (GB 14443-2007) ).
4. The control wind speed requirements of the fume hood refer to "Fume Hood" (JB/T 6412-1999), "Ductless Self-purification Fume Hood" (JG/T 385-2012), "Laboratory Variable Air Volume Fume Hood" "(JG/T 222—2007), "Practical Heating and Air Conditioning Design Manual".
5. The wind speed detection and evaluation of local exhaust hoods shall refer to the Technical Specification for Wind Speed Detection and Evaluation of Local Exhaust Facility Control (WS/T 757-2016).
Note: The air volume calculation, exhaust hood form, and air volume detection in the above standards and specifications have a guiding role in the collection of VOCs waste gas. The requirements for VOCs control of wind speed cannot take the lower limit specified, and the "Volatile Organic Compounds Unorganized Emission Control Standard (GB37822-2019).
