• Solutions:
1. The waste gas sources are classified, and the low concentration concentration is followed by RTO, and the high concentration is directly followed by RTO. Save 20% on investment cost and 15% on running cost.
2. The pretreatment methods of cooling, filtration and warming are adopted to intercept the polymer to the maximum extent, prevent it from entering the RTO equipment and avoid the blockage of the heat storage ceramics. The life of thermal storage ceramics is extended by more than 3 times.
3. Accurately calculate the heat balance process, the heat of the production line is stable, and the shutdown rate is reduced by more than 60%.
4. Adopt new three-tower RTO structure, reducing volume by 25% and weight by 20%. And can be installed on the roof.
